Cheeseburger Salad
I have been inspired by Becca's sister's recipe blog: "Chickadoos".
Lets start from the bottom up: 3 lettuces...romaine, iceberg & arugula.
                  Next...tomato, carrots, red bell pepper,beets,celery,sugar snap peas sliced      
                         lengthways and grilled red onions.
                  The crouton squares are seasoned with garlic salt, sea salt and pepper,
                         cooked in an iron skillet.
                  The cheeseburgers were 3/4 organic 95% lean hamburger, 1/4 Bolognese
                         Pork, 1 Tb. of peanut butter (why not?) I forgot to put in the pickle
                         relish although that could have gone on top. The cheese was cheddar
                         and blue.
                   We used Italian dressing for the salad.
                   Plates were licked!
